How long does it take?
The moment we receive your product, we will send an email confirming its arrival.  Then, over the next 24-48 business hours we will process, capture/record, and email your final produced POP video or images.   

Because of this, it is VERY important that you carefully submit the correct email address as this how we deliver your POP video.
How many photos do you get?
Each POP Photo option includes thirty-six (36) high-resolution .JPG photos, a complete 360° view.  

Please note: the POP Video ONLY option does not include any photos. Each photo will be shot on a brilliant white background.  See example below:
What's the difference between the POP pictures and video option?
The POP Picture option is great for people who do not want to use video in their ad copy or product storefront.  High resolution product pictures will still increase conversions and can be used as static eCommerce ads.

POP Videos are widely used in both Facebook as well as today's most highest producing Shopify stores to improve CTRs and increase site conversions.  This means — lower ad costs, more sales, and greater profits.

Each product offers are as follows:
  •  POP Image Option:    36 hi-res POP Photos (complete 360° view)
  •  POP Video Option:    One Hi-res POP video (360° view, 3 full rotations)
Will any product work?
Unfortunately not all products will work.  Our studio is designed for smaller sized physical products.  We are currently upgrading our studio  but for now, your product must adhere to the following size dimensions:

PLEASE NOTE: if your shipped product is larger than the specific sizing dimensions, then it is not usable and not returnable.  However, if this should happen, your initial investment will be 100% refunded.  Please see the FAQ immediately below for product policy after delivery.
What happens to the shipped product after final POP video is complete and delivered?
After your POP video is complete and delivered, we keep your product and become fans of your company :)

In full transparency — nearly 100% of our clients prefer that we keep the products because it is more legwork to catalog and restock products that have already been sent out, especially when you're working with a fulfillment center. 
What file formats are used?
Here are the formats used for both images and video:
  •  Image Format/Size:    .JPG
  •  Video Format/Size:    .MP4 (H.264)

Do you only use a white background?
Unless your product and/or label is more than 75% white, your product will likely POP best on a brilliant white background.  If you're still interested in an additional vid with black or charcoal grey background after receiving your first POP video, we can do so for an additional fee.
